And the winners are…
The winners of the three Spring Day competitions have now been announced. From almost 1600 contributions, the best ten entries for each category – “My Spring Day film”, “Create a leaflet for Europe” and “Your Best Idea for Europe” – will receive digital cameras, backpacks and other special goodies. Spring Day rewards young people’s creativity!
The finalists’ assessment came in stages. First the Pedagogical Advisers evaluated the best entries for each country, then a Grand Jury of educational, media and art experts chose the ten first-prize winners for each competition.
As stated in the guidelines, the selection took into account three main criteria: creativity, originality and clarity of the message. Presenting Spring Day local activities, favourite aspects of Europe as well as original proposals and thoughts, the winning entries have in common a European added value: a deep reflection on Europe’s present challenges, together with possible solutions for sharing a better world.
Congratulations to all the winning students and teachers!
