Spring Day for Europe 2009 closes
With more than 6500 registered schools, more than 5000 contributions and more than 400 guests visiting schools, Spring Day for Europe was a success again. More than 8000 teachers and guests encouraged students to experience creativity and innovation at school and contribute to the campaign with outcomes published in 23 languages on this Web portal. And the winners are…
The winners of the three Spring Day competitions have now been announced. From almost 1600 contributions, the best ten entries for each category – “My Spring Day film”, “Create a leaflet for Europe” and “Your Best Idea for Europe” – will receive digital cameras, backpacks and other special goodies. France officially closes Spring Day for Europe 2009
Spring Day 2009 has been a huge success across Europe. The French participants officially closed the event in Paris, on 22 June 2009, with a splendid event organised by France’s Ministry of Education to acknowledge the enthusiastic participation of the country’s schools and award six prizes for best Spring Day activities.
